Refund Policy and Cancellation Terms
This document outlines the precise conditions under which the Watch IPTV infrastructure processes cancellation and refund requests. By accessing the digital broadcasting services on watchip.live, the user acknowledges and accepts these technical conditions, which are established to ensure a transparent and equitable operational relationship
Digital Content Delivery and Activation
Due to the instant activation nature of the digital stream delivery, the execution of the service commences immediately upon payment validation. By initiating the service, the user acknowledges the immediate delivery of digital goods and waives standard withdrawal periods, subject only to the specific technical guarantees detailed below.
The Preliminary Technical Validation Phase (24-Hour Trial)
To ensure absolute network compatibility, the Watch IPTV system operates a preliminary technical validation procedure.
A 24-hour network trial is systematically available prior to any financial commitment.
The user holds exclusive responsibility for requesting this trial via the support network (+1 505 441 76 47) or email to rigorously test stream compatibility with local hardware (Smart TVs, Android Boxes, Apple devices) and Internet Service Provider (ISP) stability.
Bypassing this validation phase shifts all technical liability directly to the user
Subscription Tiers and Eligibility Conditions
The refund framework is strictly indexed to the selected billing cycle:
| Subscription Tier | Refund Eligibility Window | Condition for Approval |
| Standard (1 Month) | Strictly Non-Refundable | N/A (Functions as a paid discovery ph ase) |
| Premium (12 Months) | 24 Hours Post-Activation | Major server-side malfunction unresolved by engineering team |
Standard Monthly Allocation (1 Month): Due to the short duration and server allocation costs, monthly tiers are strictly non-refundable once connection credentials are generated and transmitted to the user.
Premium Annual Allocation (12 Months): If a persistent, major server-side malfunction occurs within the exact 24-hour window following activation, a full refund is authorized. Beyond this 24-hour threshold, the allocation is considered fully consumed
Technical Prerequisites and User Responsibility
The network delivers high-bitrate FHD and 4K video streams. The user remains solely responsible for their local infrastructure. Refund requests are systematically declined if playback issues (such as buffering or latency) originate from:
Unstable internet connections or bandwidth capacities below the required 30 Mbps baseline.
Saturated Wi-Fi networks or local interference (Ethernet connections are mandatory for accurate diagnostic purposes).
Obsolete hardware, unauthorized third-party applications, or devices with saturated cache memory.
Bandwidth throttling imposed by the user’s ISP, despite server-side bypass optimizations.
Financial Processing Timelines {Refund Policy}
Approved refunds are executed exclusively through the original transaction method.
Internal fund release occurs within 48 to 72 hours following administrative approval.
Depending on interbank protocols, effective account crediting requires an additional 5 to 10 business days.
Categorical Exclusion and Contract Termination
Immediate network termination without refund or prior notice occurs under the following operational breaches:
Unauthorized Multi-Node Access: Utilizing the stream on multiple concurrent devices without an explicit multi-connection allocation.
Restreaming Protocols: Any attempt to extract raw streams for public or commercial redistribution.
Abusive Conduct: Defamatory or threatening behavior directed at technical support personnel.
Unjustified Chargebacks: Initiating financial disputes prior to technical support consultation results in immediate MAC address and IP suspension from the network.
