Copyright Policy and Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Declaration of Non-Hosting

Watch IPTV acts exclusively as a technical access provider. The administration formally declares the following operational boundaries:

  • The infrastructure does not host, store, or broadcast any multimedia files, video streams, or copyrighted content on its proprietary servers.

  • The network exclusively provides an index and routing access links directed toward independent third-party servers dispersed across the global internet.

  • The administration holds no direct control over the nature, content, or legality of the media broadcasted by these external third-party servers.

Global Intellectual Property Compliance

While the routing infrastructure operates under international digital commerce laws, the administration respects global intellectual property protection standards. All forms of digital piracy are strictly condemned. The administration is prepared to fully cooperate if a legitimate copyright owner determines that protected content is accessible via the network’s indexing services in a manner that constitutes a rights violation.

Official Takedown Notice Procedure

To submit a formal legal claim, the copyright owner or their authorized agent must provide a written Takedown Notice containing the following mandatory elements:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the individual authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

  • Clear and precise identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  • Exact identification of the location (specific URL, IP address, or stream identifier) on the network where the allegedly infringing material is located, enabling the engineering team to block or disable access.

  • Complete contact coordinates of the complaining party, including physical address, telephone number, and electronic mail address.

  • A formal statement that the complaining party holds a good faith belief that the utilization of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A definitive statement, made under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information within the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the rightsholder.
